The Society is only able to accept applications for assistance from Anglican churches and chaplaincies within the Archdeaconry of Leeds. Consideration is given to local ecumenical projects where the Anglican Church is well represented.

Applications are assessed at Trustee meetings which are held three times a year. Forthcoming meetings for 2026 are on the following dates and applications should be submitted at least two weeks in advance:
25th March 2026
1st July 2026
18th November 2026
Please note that the decision of the Society concerning the application may be subject to conditions, and is not subject to discussion or appeal.
